Mentorship focus

Instructors who will not let a fuzzy finding travel.

Gain access to interactive review sessions, case analysis breakdowns, and clinical workflows designed by experienced instructors.

Clinicians reviewing case notes at a long table

The room

Small enough that your case cannot hide

Mentorship at AK Mastery is a scheduled faculty commitment, not an office-hours afterthought. Cohorts stay small so every candidate is known by their weak domain, not their invoice.

Experienced instructors — clinicians who have sat the examination, taught from board references, and still treat — run review and labs. We do not publish a celebrity roster to decorate the site. You will know who is in the room before you enroll.

Interactive review

Not a webinar with a chat box. A working session where findings are challenged, tests are re-run in language the board uses, and sloppy therapy localization is stopped in the room.

Case analysis breakdowns

You bring a real patient. We force the sequence: structural, chemical, mental; what you tested; what you skipped; why the obvious weak muscle was not the lesion. Write-ups become paper material when they deserve to.

Clinical workflows

Decision trees you can use at 8:10 a.m. on a Tuesday — enter, screen switching, establish a priority, treat, retest, stop. Diplomate candidates fail less on knowledge than on order.

Paper Studio

Two original papers. Structure, literature, methods, figures, and revision. We will not ghostwrite. We will tell you when a case series is not yet a paper.

What you owe the room

A current license (or student status that will confer one), a 100-hour foundation, cases of your own, and the willingness to be wrong in front of peers. Mentorship fails when candidates attend as spectators.
